Ingredients

5 medjool dates, pitted

¼ cup almond mylk

pinch of salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 frozen bananas

1 scoop protein powder

1 tbsp Twocan peanut butter with Manuka Honey

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a bowl. Top with banana, nuts, seeds and Twocan Peanut Butter.
