Natural peanuts from Argentina - roasted and ground up with skins on gives a rich, deep, earthy taste and texture with a touch of salt to lift the flavours.
We use the same natural peanuts as we do for our crunchy salt and mix in Manuka honey, harvested from the Tasman region, to give a natural sweetness boost.
For those who prefer a smoother butter, our smooth salt is made with the same process for the others in the range but without the crunch. Wonderful in satays!
