PEANUT BUTTER CHIA SEED PUDDING

The perfect sweet and salty breakfast or mid day snack that really hits all the craving spot! The Twocan Smooth with Manuka Honey is the perfect addition to this recipe, with it’s deep peanut butter flavour balanced nicely with the all natural sweetness from the Mauka Honey!

As for the dates, try to use soft medjool dates if you can. Dried out dates won’t add the same caramel flavour and the soft, chewy texture that medjool dates do.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp (22 g) Twocan Peanut Butter with Manuka Honey

  • 3 tbsp (36 g) chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tsp pure honey

  • 3 chopped soft medjool or neglect dates (approx. 30–40 g)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a container. Shake vigorously so all the chia seeds are mixed in and there are no clumps. You may need a spoon to break up the chia seeds.

  2. Let sit for a minimum of 20-30 minutes up to overnight.

  3. Enjoy! Try it topped with berries, sliced banana, apple or chopped nuts.
